Project Overview
For this Dover, MA project (MetroWest region of Boston), we replaced all the home’s windows with Marvin windows, installed two new Therma-Tru front entry doors, and replaced the existing back deck and railings with TimberTech composite decking.
The homeowner wanted to preserve the original exterior trim and maintain the home’s historic character. To achieve this, we used replacement windows and carefully removed the existing windows to protect the original exterior woodwork.
We also repaired the interior casings where needed, ensuring a clean, professional finish while preserving the character of the home’s original details. At the rear of the home, we replaced the existing deck and railings with TimberTech decking, creating a durable, low-maintenance outdoor space.
The result is a thoughtful renovation that combines modern performance and durability with respect for the home’s original character.
